The pandemic created a need for large campuses to monitor the health of people on site to permit movement and limit exposure. Customer Analytics created a 'Self-monitoring' app that individuals associated with the organization could download on their mobile phones, and enter key health metrics/symptoms on a daily basis to get health recommendations. A dashboard was also built for the management summarizing the number of people registered on the app, number yet to register and the numbers by health status e.g. Green-Stay Safe, Yellow - Get Tested, Red - Isolate etc. Management could also drilldown to individual names and reset the health status of individuals.
